Old Valencia's City Centre - Private Walking

Amparo Espana was a very good guide. She changed her meeting point at the last minute to accommodate our method of travel. She modified her tour to focus on the items we wanted to hear about and see in Valencia. Amparo also made sure we were able to grab a quick snack when my medical condition required. Amparo’s English was excellent and we were able to communicate easily with her. I would recommend Amparo as a guide to anyone wanting to tour the old town of Valencia. I would book with her again.

Amparo was fantastic. Her English was flawless and her knowledge was amazing. Amparo was fabulous! Because of Las Fallas we could not park anywhere near the center of the city, so she told us where to park and called a cab for us. Then she showed us around all the sights infusing her wealth of knowledge and her charming personality to give us the perfect tour. We would never have been able to navigate through the city without her and we would not have learned anywhere near the information she shared with us because she has lived and experienced Valencia all her life. It was the best choice we made on our trip and we would love to return to Valencia to see more of it. Amparo could not have been a better guide, We feel so fortunate we were matched with her. She receives our highest rating!!

Another excellent guide from Tours by Locals in one of the beautiful Spanish cities. Monty Python was unsuccessful finding the Holy Grail but Amparo knew exactly where it is was located and took us there to see it! She was great to deal with, obviously knew her home town and history. She delivered what we were looking for in a precise manner. She is a gem!

Amparo is a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable about Valencia. We had some last minute travel issues on our end, but Amparo accommodated us without complaint. Highly recommend!
