I develop my job as a private licensed tour guide in Valencia, Alicante and Cartagena this marvellous piece of land bathed by the sun, watered by palm trees and full of history. Bachelored in Art of History and after have travelled all around the world, I feel heir of the Mediterranean traditions; our history, gastronomy, art and festivals. Start by enjoying a panoramic drive around the City of Arts and Sciences. A unique futuristic area based in 5 exotic buildings. Admire the Colon neighborhood in a panoramic drive: Valencia bullring, town hall, North train station. . . Walk to the Mercado Central, which as well as being a masterpiece of Modernist design itis where you can see the city in full swing as shoppers stock up on fresh fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and more. The unusual Plaza Redonda will be your next stop. The plaza is a great place to find ceramic crafts and souvenirs. Stop to taste an authentic horchata, a refreshing soft drink made from tiger nuts and sold at "horchateria". You will visit the oldest one in town. End with a panoramic view of the Cathedral (outside or inside visit). Admire its mix of Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque styles, and finally we will arrive to the Virgin square the most important religious square where to find the Basilic. After this tour you will have a friend in Valencia!!
