San Juan Driven Tour

This was my first time using ToursByLocals, and Ronald made it exceptional. He was very responsive with clear communication from the beginning, helped customize our itinerary, and stayed accessible when we hit a delay getting off the ship. His vehicle was cool, comfortable, and stocked with drinks — a lifesaver in the heat. Ronald shared so much about San Juan’s history and culture, and he never rushed us when we wanted to stop for photos or explore a site. He shared his deep local knowledge and patiently answered our questions. I walked away feeling like I truly got to know the area, even with limited time in port. Roland gave us a fantastic tour of San Juan. He was sensitive to our moderate physical limitations brought on by bad knees and age and stopped close to sites. He was very knowledgable answering all questions and took us to the sites we were most interested in (no shopping or touristy things except a rum distillery that we requested).He brought us to locations large tour buses could not go. I would give him more stars if I could.
