I'm passionate about giving tours. I like to say that I'm retired because I love what I do and it doesn't feel like work. Most clients turn into friends after one or two tours with me because I like people to feel comfortable while taking tours, so I treat them like old friends that we haven't seen each other in a while. I love comedy and believe in the power of laughter, so I try to give all of my tours in the most fun way possible. I also love to get questions, so I'm always open to answer any question at any point during the tours. This combination of fun and openness, I believe, makes for a very relaxing way of giving a tour, so clients really feel in vacation while also learning about our history and our culture. My mentality is that if my clients are in vacation, they don't have to stress over the timing and length of tours, so I'm very flexible and try to accommodate as much as possible to my client's schedule. Passion, love, relaxed, fun and flexible are the key words that I go for when giving tours. Overview of your San Juan tour
In a short 15-minute drive to the town, you'll learn about one of the most important cultural heritages of what makes a Puerto Rican. Our Afro ancestors gave us a huge influence in our culture, from music to cooking style. Visit the most important forest in the metropolitan area, have a mesmerizing view of the beach along the road, visit a historical cave, learn some history from our African heritage and try some of the delicious fritters that we love so much. We can even get lucky and hear musicians practicing the Bomba music that has a lot of influence in the salsa music.
