DayTrip to Ponce

We spent a delightful day with Naomi & her partner. We are not coffee people so we asked her to arrange a rum tour for us. She was happy to tweak her tour to meet our interests. We started our day at a beautiful botanical garden outside San Juan on our way to Ponce. The drive itself went through beautiful mountains. We stopped at a great local spot in Ponce for a quick lunch so we would not be be tasting rum on an empty stomach. We explored the downtown area of Ponce & were lucky to be able to see the Cathedral when it opened before mass. We travelled in a comfortable SUV for this day trip. It was such a pleasure to meet Naomi & spend the day with her. I highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely amazing! Attentive, easy going and a great guide all around. We enjoyed seeing a version of PR that we could never have imagined existed! What a wonderful treat, especially the beautiful drive through the mountains.

My family of 5 LOVED Naomi! She listened to what our desires were to experience in PR and exceeded them! We wanted to see PR like a local, not a tourist. We swam in a natural swimming hole in the lush green rain forest, ate with the locals and then did the Old San Juan tour. We spent the whole day together and it was the highlight of our 10 day trip that included the Virgin Islands. We will be back to PR for sure!
