Hello: welcome to the holy land of the Incas My name is Wilfredo, I was born in a Andean village (ancahuasi ) located 22 miles away from Cuzco city , I spend my entire childhood with my family and participated in a lot of activities of agriculture , where I was able to understand of how hard the life is in the countryside , that's way I decided to move myself to Cuzco city in order to work and study at the same time . While I was studying tourism I used to work as a porter on the Inca trail on weekends where I could learn more about the needs of the customers and dedicate my soul , time , heart and life to learn history and archaeology of my region to finally share with you. Overview of your Cusco tour

Welcome to cusco city !! the capital of the Inca empire located in the southern Peru , at 3300 meters or 11, 000 feet above sea level . This fabuolous half day tour takes you around all the most important sites of Cusco Including visits to Cusco's Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha) , Saqsayhuaman and several Inca sites found outside of the city where you will be to see an incredible mixture of Inca and Spanish-style buildings , Cusco is truly a fascinating place to visit providing a blend of the three different cultures (. pre-inca , Inca and Spanish) and is completely different than the rest of Peru. This tour is a must-do when visiting Cusco city and what a nice choice to go back in time as we explore different parts of the city and surroundings . NOTICE : the departure time can be customized and based on your request but the latest pick up will be at 1pm to cover all what is in the plan , now if you are early birds we can start at 7. 00am and be out of the crowd .

Our tour with Willy was a perfect way to learn about Cusco and the surrounding areas. Willy has so much knowledge about and love for the Inca Culture and the history of Cusco and Peru. We had a personalized tour that we were able to tailor to suit our needs. Willy is very professional but also very kind and willing to share about his own experience as a porter, guide and citizen of Peru. We were picked up in a large van and visited Inca sites and also spent time in the city center. Don’t look any farther if you have a day in Cusco to learn about the culture.

Great Tour. Wilfredo took us to all the places we wanted to see. He was easy to understand and full of knowledge of the area. Our group really enjoyed his tour. He even helped us arrange group transportation to the airport. Highly recommend him for tours. Awesome!

Your Cusco tour itinerary

- I will pick you up at the hotel lobby then go to main square and visit the basilica cathedral ( the biggest catholic church of the city ) - after that continue to qorikancha the main Inca temple ( known as vatican of t of the Incas) where you will see a big contrast between Inca and Spanish building and understand the difference of these two . - Later on we will the amazing and majestic archeological site of saqsayhuaman with its enigmatic monoliths ever used by the inkas . this is also the place that offers the best lookout for vistas and pictures of cusco city . - finally we will visit the last three beautiful and interersting arqueological sites such as : qenqo with its amazing stone altars used by Inka astronomers as solar observatories , pucapucara( a small circular Inca site ) used as a fortress and resting site and tambomachay known as water temple and also place for purification baths . - once the tour is done we will be back down to the city and finish by your hotel.
