When I was a schoolboy I realized I really love sharing my local culture, tradition and history with others, meeting new people and making friends. I was also good at learning English. The Sacred Valley Extended Tour is a great way to explore the whole Sacred Valley within only a day and not miss anything. This tour is a perfect option for those with very limited time and willing to see as much as possible. This is a historical and cultural tour based on the Incan civilization: lifestyle, their living support, their economy base, their agricultural technology and tools, including their religion and the astronomical facts they achieved. It is a fascinating culture - you don't want to leave without learning about this!

Was an amazing day in the Sacred Valley! Roger is kind, knowledgeable and mad the day so special! The driving was also expertly managed!!
We leave Cusco at 7:00am after hotel pickup and drive to Chinchero Town. We will visit this inka and colonial town, one of the most important town at Incan times surrounded by farming terraces. Additionally we can visit local weaving factories led by local women to showcase the preservation of the knitting, drying and spinning techniques as our ancestors made all by hand. We continue to Maras, other colonial town through we will drive to the Salt Ponds to see the water source (spring) where salt water comes out from and learn all the harvesting process. After the amazing exploration, we will carry on to Moray and see how they were able to adapt seeds/crops from warm environment to this altitude. It is formed by concentric round terraces all built into a natural geological hole. We continue to Ollantaytambo fortress and be amazed by the way they worked the rocks and handled the water, and finally we will go to Pisaq to see the most conserved Inka cemetery before returning to Cusco City around 6:40 PM.
