We had a great tour with Aarón! He picked us up from our San Miguel hotel in his clean and comfortable minivan. He shared so much knowledge about the history and culture of SMA and Guanajuato. Such a well-organized, informative, and fun tour!
I think he is the absolute best tour guide I have ever had. He knew his stuff, had researched ahead of time, and we got along so well conversing. And he was patient in answering all of my questions and helping me to understand the history.
Aaron was terrific. This was our second day with him, this time including a capable driver that enable Aaron to focus on guiding. He picked a perfect--and fascinating--itinerary, adapted to our advancing ages, and besides expert explanations of the many great sites/sights we saw, was a most engaging, informed and articulate companion.

A fabulous day with Aaron! We highly recommend taking this day trip from San Miguel. It's an incredibly interesting town and very different from others in the region. Aaron led us on a wonderful walking tour which included a visit to Diego Riveras birthplace and a lovely lunch. His van was comfortable and sparkling clean and the hour and a half ride back and forth went by very quickly as we talked with Aaron the entire way.
Aarón Was fantastic. Easy going, clean and comfortable van, and a wealth of knowledge. He was incredibly flexible and modified the tour to meet our needs. He was early and didn’t watch the clock. Quanajato is a special city, instead of making the day trip, have him drop you off and stay a few days.
