I will neither bombard you with to many facts or dates, but my intention is to give you a full taste of Malta and its Capital. Often, however, there are other ways to learn about the culture and this is by food that only a local person can know. Let me be your guide. I know where to take you. So allow me to show you my Capital city while you also taste Maltese delicacies. In Valletta, there are many things to do from museums, monuments, photos, historical streets, shopping, and other things. (If you are staying at a hotel in Malta - transportation can be arranged at an extra cost) Entering the city, we will start the day like the Maltese do, with a good coffee & a Maltese savory snack- Pastizzi. In the mean time I will share information about a modern Architecture by the famous architect Renzo Piano, the building of the Maltese Parliament, and the adjacent building, the ruins of Royal Opera House today known as the open Theater. Our next stop is the Upper Baracca Garden you will enjoy spectacular views of the Grand Harbor, & understand why everyone wanted to conquer Malta in our history. A visit to St. John' Co-Cathedral is a must, the most richly decorated church on the island peaking the Baroque art & architecture.
