I’m a knowledgeable guide, but I go beyond sharing information. I offer personal insights into the culture and history. My guiding philosophy is authenticity. I don’t copy others—I share the place in my own way, based on real understanding. I have been guiding since 2015, bringing about 10 years of real experience. I’m still new to ToursByLocals, but not new to guiding. I’ve spent years working with travelers in Japan and sharing local experiences with guests from many countries. I was born and raised in Hyogo, right next to Osaka, so I’m a true local guide. If you visit Japan, I recommend choosing a guide who actually grew up here. With me, you see Japan from a real local point of view. I live in the neighborhood, so I know Osaka’s hidden alleys, backstreets, and real local spots most visitors miss. My close relationships with shopkeepers and residents help create personal experiences that feel truly local. I also traveled to around 40 countries, so I understand both sides: what travelers want and what locals know but tourists often miss. Many guests enjoy popular spots, but I also show hidden places that most tourists never find. I tailor each tour to your interests, listen carefully, and adjust the plan so you see what excites you most. Guests often describe my style as friendly and flexible, with relaxed conversations along the way. I share history in a clear, interesting way and add humor when it fits. Many guests say my tour helped them discover hidden gems they later returned to—and made their time in Osaka truly special. I’m also very particular about food, and I often explore new places to eat when I don’t have tours. Food is a big part of how I connect with a place and its culture.
