Overview of your Kyoto tour
We visit Nara where it was former capital of Kyoto. It was the capital of Japan by 784 AD. Here there is the biggest bronze Buddha stature in this world. Also, we visit the Kasuga grand shrine where it is the home shrine of Fujiwara family. And you will meet a lot of wild deer. You can feed some biscuits for deers . When we return to Kyoto we visit the Byou-Dou-In temple and the Fushimi-Inari-Shrine or others . You can see the secret of 10 Jpy coin and 10000 Jpy currency at the Byou-Dou-In temple . Fushimi-Inari-Shrine has been top awarded tour spot in Japan for past 4 years and good for your business . There is the 0ne thousand Torii Gate at here ! When time permits, I like to take to the San-Jyu-San Gendou temple (33 windows temple). There are 1, 001 standing Kannon stature inside the temple. Kannon is the God of mercy. You are going to see the different dimension of Buddhism .

Absolutely amazing experience! Tadashi was the best tour guide during our 30 day trip throughout Asia. We had 11 different guides and he was by far the best. His in depth knowledge of the Japanese and Asian culture was unbelievable. When he brought us to each site he stayed with us and shared really useful and interesting information. He didn’t just share history but side information about the culture and how it interacts with other things. His choice of sites were unique to themselves. We never got bored. His command of the English language was superb. He was personable, kind and intelligent. He was flexible through each tour to adapt to our special needs. He kept us moving throughout the day but we never felt rushed. His vehicle was clean and well kept with plenty of room for 6 adults. Tadashi was a true professional. He deserves 10 stars.

We had two wonderful tours with Tadashi Kawakami during our stay in Kyoto. Tadashi is everything we want in a tour guide - prompt, a great driver, knowledgeable and just a fun person to be around. I have a bad knee, Tadashi kindly slowed down the tour pace and found elevators wherever possible so I could still see everything. This review is for our Nara tour where Tadashi took us to see the amazing Kasuga Shrine related to the Fujiwara Clan, the gorgeous red torii of Fushimi Inari Shrine and the huge bronze Buddha at Todaiji. And much more. We will never forget our wonderful time with Tadashi!
