Welcome, guests! Thank you for visiting my page from among so many others! I was born and raised in Kobe and attended college in Osaka, so I am a native Kansai local! From September 2002 to August 2003, I lived in Montreal to learn English and French, where I met many international students from different backgrounds and cultures. Since then, I have been interested in cross-cultural communications, so I started pursuing a career as a tour guide. I passed the national license exam in 2018 and began working as a guide in 2019. I usually do one-day tours for small groups in Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara. What I love about the guiding job is that I can meet people with different backgrounds, cultures, and points of view, and we can have memorable moments together. I am always flexible with guests' suggestions to provide the best experience possible. Tell me what interests you, and I will do my best to fulfill your wish! I have raised two children and love having tours with families. I also love Japanese anime and enjoy talking about them with guests. I have also been playing the saxophone for over 20 years, so, if you are looking for musical goods in Japan, I can help you. Looking forward to meeting you!

This tour efficiently covers both cities, starting in the early morning hours. After savoring Kyoto's bustling energy and splendid traditional culture, why not visit Nara, the ancient capital? Though its reign lasted only about 80 years from 710, Nara flourished as a center of Buddhist culture. In the park, deer—messengers of the deity at Kasuga Grand Shrine—will greet you. After seeing the Great Buddha, visit Kasuga Grand Shrine, where stone lanterns and moss create a unique atmosphere. Then stroll through Nara-machi, where many townhouses from the late Edo period remain, and enjoy lunch. Leaving Nara, we head to Uji, the city of tea. Visit the Phoenix Hall at Byodoin Temple, a prime example of a Pure Land garden, stroll along the banks of the Uji River, and perhaps shop for tea at Tsūen, Japan's oldest established tea merchant. The tour concludes at Kyoto Station at 3:00 PM. You can rest at your hotel before enjoying the rest of the day in central Kyoto.
