I'm Silvana. I'm a touristic guide very passionate about my land. I'm very curious of local history. I love spending time with tourists and talking with them about "Sorrento its myths and Sirens", its landscapes and places such as hotels which were inspiration for artists, singers, poets and composers. I've traveled the world for pleasure and work, but I defenitely think there's no place as charming and magic as this. During my job in the morning I welcome foreign delegations visiting the Town Hall of Sorrento as our sister cities, in the afternoon and in my free time I dedicate my time to showcase my land to tourists. I am a connoisseur of litterature and art as well as food and wine products and you can see it from my exuberant roundness. I got a 2 years experience as a guide and I couldn't live without doing it. I graduated in International Relations at the Univerisity of Naples. I got in 2014 the license as touristic guide at Campania Region in Italian, English, French and Spanish. I'm affiliated at the Torquato Tasso Institute, a University based in Sorrento who has dedicated to our epic poet Torquato Tasso. In my current job in the morning I'm the Head of International Relations at the Town Hall of Sorrento. I travel a lot visiting our sister cities, but in my spare time I feel the need to let tourists fall in love with my Land which is not only limoncello, pizza and mandolino, but famous for its myths, legends, litterature, art and inlaid wood work. I got a small auto. I can take up to three passengers. If you are more I can arrange for a transfer by car up to 7 passengers.

Overview of your Sorrento tour
In this tour you'll discover the two Gulfs of the Sorrento Peninsula: the Gulf of Naples with the enchanting island of Capri and the Gulf of Salerno with Positano and the Li Galli Islands which Homer describes in the Odyssey as the three Mermaids transformed in rocks. We'll drive the Gold Road where you admire some of the most picturesque villages of Massa Lubrense: S. Maria Annuniziata, Termini and S. Agata of the two Gulfs on the green hills which look out the Mediterranean Sea. During the track you would be enchanted by Capri, feeling the emotion to touch it. I'll let you discover from the top of the coast little by little the amazing Positano with its unique architecture of little colored houses. After tasting a delightful limoncello I'll suggest you to prepare your eyes to admire Villa Fondi in Piano di Sorrento with its stunning view and the landscape of "Marinella".
Your Sorrento tour itinerary
We leave Sorrento and reach Massalubrense village. Here we stop in the main square where we visit the ancient Cathedral. We move to the GOLD road, the most enchanting of the Sorrento Peninsula where you can admire during the track Marina della Lobra and Capri. We reach Termini, the place where during the past was erected the temple of Athena. You can enjoy the view of Capri and the S. Costanzo church (facultative). We approach S. Maria Annunziata Village with its castle, the Saracen Tower and Murat Villa, in one of the most stunning landscape of the Coast . We reach S. Agata on the two Gulfs, famous also for the starred Restaurant : "Don Alfonso". You can decide here if you wish to plunge in the Gulf of Naples or of Salerno. We drive to the Amalfi coast, discover "Li Galli islands", 3 Mermaids transformed in 3 rocks and reach Positano; We admire Positano from the top and move to the limoncello degustation; We enjoy finally the Villa Fondi in Piano di Sorrento and "Marinella", the most enchanting landscape
