Hi, my name is Diego, I was born and raised in Sorrento. I'm a licensed driver guide since 2006, when I started this job I was 22 years old and after working for the best companies of the Amalfi Coast, in 2010 I decided to start my own busines. A day spent between local flavours and gastronomic traditions of the Sorrento Coast. I will drive you around the village, showing you the best places and the most famous farms located in the Sorrento peninsula. You will see where and how the local olive oil is produced, in the biggest oil mill of the area. The farmer will explain you the process of the oil and you will taste it and with my help, you can also buy and ship your favourite products. I'll bring you in an authentic place where you will see how mozzarella cheese is made traditionally by hand, in a local farmhouse. Of course we can't miss one of the many limoncello factories, to see how we make the famous liquor invented in Sorrento and to taste it. At the end of the tour, why not to stop in a local gelato shop, far from touristic area where they produce the real fresh handmade gelato with fresh ingredients. *Please check included and excluded expens.
We had a great day with Diego and loved this tour. He has a comfortable van and was a very safe driver. He is professional, patient and very considerate. We went to a family owned cheese factory, an olive oil factory (had tastings of many oils) plus a small lemon farm where we tried limoncello. Diego brought us to an authentic Italian restaurant for lunch and a gelato shop for dessert. If you like food, I highly recommend this tour.

Diego is top notch! He took us all around Sorrento to a local family owned cheese making business, an olive oil farm and a lemon factory. He also got us a table in a restaurant overlooking the beautiful harbor and after we did some shopping, he treated us to some gelato to finish the day. Everyone in the city seemed to know him well and enjoy his company like we did. We felt very safe with him and he was very knowledgeable about everything we did. We highly recommend Diego!!
A really enjoyable day out with Diego. Initially the plan was just to cover the bases of olive oil, cheese and lemoncello. However after learning that the olive oil venue also had wine tasting and pizza making classes the day was extended to the great enjoyment of both adults and children. The cheese tasting at De Gennaro was also brilliant and we fell in love as a family with the Miscone. Diego was a great host and helped round the day off at a wonderful local gelateria.
We had a wonderful day with Diego! He was extremely professional and kind with our family. He went out of his way to ensure the trip was exactly what we wanted. He took us to a mozzarella factory, a limoncello factory, and an olive oil factory where we tasted the wonderful products. He also recommended a wonderful lunch spot in Sorrento with a terrace overlooking the coast. We thoroughly enjoyed this day and learned so much about the region. I highly recommend any of his tours!

You gave us the opportunity to see and explore surrounding communities of Sorrento and feel like a local! Our kids loved the cheese making and tasting visit and limoncello factory visit.
