Hello everyone, my name is Gabriella, I am an official tourist guide in the whole region Campania and I am proud of my job, which I do in the best way in order to show to my guests the beauties of my region and to share with them my knowledge. I grew up in Naples, my city, where I also attended University; I have a master degree in Archaeology and Tourism and in 2012 I also obtained - after a public exam - the official license of Tourist Guide. I have been working for many years for various tourist companies and travel agencies but I also like to create customized tours for small private groups, families, etc. that are looking for a nice experience in visiting the city centre of Naples or in discovering the ancient ruins of the old cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum. I am waiting for you, to show you all the best of art, history and culinary arts of my region! Master degree in Archaeology and Tourism. Official license of Tourist Guide. If my calendar seems full, don’t hesitate to contact me anyway. I may still be able to accommodate you. I can organize private transportation by private car and driver. Please note that I provide pick-up and drop-off at the hotel or port only through the driver. I will meet you directly at the designated meeting point. For easy communication on the day of the tour, I suggest downloading WhatsApp on your smartphone.

You will be guided to discover the ruins of Pompeii with a professional guide; I will be with you from the start to the end of the tour, showing you most of the Domus (houses) that belonged to the wealthiest families of the antique town with their beautiful frescoes and mosaics, some of the public buildings of the city heart, such as the Forum, some temples and a theatre. In the distance, you will be able to see very clearly the Mt Vesuvius, the volcano that destroyed the city in 79 AD; we know many details about that eruption thanks to the ancient Roman writer Pliny the Younger and it will be very interesting for you to hear my introduction explaining what happened during the several phases of that tragedy. The tour will go on including the visit of some small stores, bars or bakeries. You will be absolutely astonished by the "life" of the ancient Pompeii inhabitants, to the point that you will "feel" the everyday life of people. Your guide will lead you in an unforgettable trip to the olden days!

Gabriella led my wife and I on a wonderful tour of Pompeii and provided us with the most interesting descriptions and historical facts. Since it was a personal tour, we were able to have a good conversation with her when things really interested us. I have some difficulty walking and she made sure we took a route that best suited me. Gabriella also arranged for our transport to and from Pompeii which made the whole day very easy. We would definitely recommend her for any tours and love to use her again.
Gabriella was great! Very personable and knowledgeable. Her archaeology background greatly added to the enjoyment of the tour. She was able to accommodate our group of teens to grandparents very well. We would highly recommend her!
Gabriella met us promptly at the agreed gate -- and avoided a lot of crowds that way! She took time to explain the history and culture of the ancient town and clearly loves the site as another home. When a few members of our group decided to split off, she made sure they had a comfortable place to go and meet up later. We decided to skip the erotic art because of crowds, and she had lots of other interesting things to fill our time. 100% would recommend to other small groups.
Gabriella was wonderful! Her English was excellent and the pace of the tour was perfect, she hit all of the highlights. She answered all of our many questions with a pleasant demeanor. She was very responsive to our requests. Articulate, well informed, educated, punctual, and just a lovely person. Our group of four highly recommend Gabriella.
What a wonderful tour! Gabriella is so knowledgeable and so very congenial! My wife had to be in a wheelchair some of the time and she was most considerate of her. Highly recommend!
