Then go to Emporio village with narrow paths and charming houses, where we find a Venetian castle and fortress from the Middle Ages. Hidden villages have hundreds of small white houses, wide vineyards, and lovely churches. Our last stop is the volcanic beach of Perivolos, a long stretch of black sand. Cruise: When arriving in Santorini by cruise ship, they will anchor in the open just by the Volcano, and the visitors are brought to Old Port by tender. This happens because the main port is not deep enough to accommodate big cruise ships. To reach the top of Fira, take the cable car, as it is the safest and quickest way to the town center. As soon as you get to the cable car exit, I will be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name.
