Durrell's Corfu Island Tour & Filming Locations

On the Durrell Island Tour we visit the White House in Kalami village that Lawrence and Nancy lived in for three years. After we head off to Danilia Village which was the main filming set for the Durrell series. In Danilia Village you can find two squares, a church, a folklore museum, a traditional cafe, an open-air and an indoor taverna and other replicas of old shops and buildings, filled with antique items. While we’re there you can enjoy a refreshment (extra fee entrance 10 euros per person including a drink). Alternatively we head off to Annemoyani Villa also known as Daffodil Yellow Villa still holds this haunting feeling of the past. We continue our itinerary to reach to Kanoni area to see the first house they lived in, known as the Strawberry Pink Villa. We will also pass from the home of their taxi driver and invaluable friend Spiros "The American" Chalikiopoulos.
