This private half-day tour follows real locations connected to the Durrell family and the filming of The Durrells, combining coastal scenery, Corfu Town settings, and storytelling at a calm, well-paced rhythm. We visit Kalami Bay, where Lawrence Durrell lived with his wife Nancy, with time by the sea near the White House. As we move through Corfu Town and nearby areas, we explore filming locations used for the series, including gardens, waterfront settings, and historic buildings seen on screen. Some locations are viewed from the road as part of the natural drive, while others allow short stops or easy walking. An optional visit to Danilia Village, the replica village built for filming, can be added depending on interest. (Entrance fee applies.) The experience focuses on context, atmosphere, and understanding how Corfu became the backdrop for the Durrell story, without rushing or following a rigid route.

For cruise guests, the meeting point is inside the cruise terminal building, just before the exit area. After disembarkation, you may walk or take the Interport shuttle bus (blue and white, which departs close to your ship and runs every 3–4 minutes) to the terminal. Please do not go to the tour bus assembly area. I will be waiting near the exit, holding a sign with your name. For hotel guests, pickup is arranged directly from your hotel or a nearby meeting point, confirmed in advance.
