This tour highlights what makes Stuttgart unique among European cities: its topography. Built inside a valley bowl, locals call it the “cauldron” (Kessel). This landscape shapes the city’s views, infrastructure and climate. A hidden treasure lies underground too: after Budapest, Stuttgart has Europe’s second-largest mineral water deposits—perfect for an optional mineral bath. Optional start like locals: breakfast in a popular café (instead of the hotel). Then we explore Palace Square and the old town, Stuttgart from above (TV Tower or viewpoint), the Green U parks, the Sepulchral Chapel on Württemberg Hill and, if you wish, Solitude Palace. Add an automobile museum or art gallery, plus a cosy Swabian lunch, coffee break and time for photos. After booking, we fine-tune the day together (café breakfast or hotel breakfast).
