Our 8 day tour of Georgia with Teona was a wonderful, incredible experience! Teona and her driver Esto provided an amazing tour of several regions of Georgia specifically tailored to our interests, with all details efficiently handled. This tour was a wonderful way to spend a day in Georgia! Teona and her colleague Esto were excellent company, and they made it easy to enjoy some spectacular scenery with interesting history and culture along the Georgian Military Road. This tour really elevated our "quick trip to Tbilisi" into a rich visit to Georgia that we won't forget. Teona is a knowledgeable, kind, funny, passionate cultural ambassador for her country and really helped us appreciate another side of it. Highly recommended!
The tour was excellent, the guide was very kind, expirienced and informative, she taught us a lot about the Georgian culture and history and even politics. The route was also amazing, we stopped at great points of interests full of the rich history and the marvelous views that Georgia provides. Taking a previously unrated guide was taking quite a gamble but we definitely do not regret doing so. We absolutely recommend going on this tour.
✨ Departure from Tbilisi to the direction of Kazbegi, through the Georgian Military Road, that runs between Tbilisi (Georgia) and Vladikavkaz (Russia), 208 km. On the way there are very interesting places to visit! ✨Ananuri fortress, which is a XVI century castle complex on the Aragvi River. Ananuri fortress stands beside the famous Georgian Military Highway overlooking a large Jinvali lake. Its high, turreted stone walls protect two churches, a watch tower and a reservoir. ✨Next stop on the way to Mt. Kazbegi is panorama of Gudauri where you can enjoy with great views on mountains! The remarkable ski resort itself is located at the altitude 2200 meters above the sea level. ✨From Gudauri continue our trip to Gergeti Trinity church (XII-XIV) century's monument erected on the southern slopes of Mkinvartsveri is located at an altitude of 2170 meters. Here we will explore the area, panoramic views and enjoy with local food as per your choice. ✨At last, drive back to Tbilisi full with impressions!
