Tbilisi/Mtskheta Private Tour

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of having Koba as our guide in Georgia, and he truly made our trip unforgettable. From the very beginning, Koba felt less like a tour guide and more like a wonderful friend showing us the country he loves. He is incredibly warm, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to understand what we enjoyed and made every day feel personal and special rather than like a typical organized tour. He shared Georgia’s history, culture, food, wine, traditions, and beautiful places with so much passion. What we appreciated most was Koba himself. He has such a good heart and made us feel comfortable, safe, and completely taken care of. There were so many little thoughtful moments along the way that made our experience truly memorable. Georgia is an absolutely beautiful country, but having Koba show it to us made it even more beautiful. We came as visitors and felt like we were leaving a friend behind. ❤️ If you are traveling to Georgia and have the opportunity to tour with Koba, do not hesitate. He is the kind of guide you remember long after the trip is over. We cannot recommend him enough and hope to see him again one day! We couldn’t wish for a better guide for our short stay in Tbilisi! Koba not only drove us around for two days without rest and showed us the best places we couldn’t reach on our own, but he is also an extremely knowledgeable, kind, and humorous person. There wasn’t a single moment when we felt bored or unwelcome. After these two days, we fell in love with this beautiful country, its history and its people and we can’t wait to come back. Our next tour will, of course, be with Koba again!

Koba was fantastic. He was super flexible, we asked for a tour not listed and he accommodated it.. On the day, his energy, enthusiasm and knowledge were only exceeded by his desire to go above and beyond to get in as much as we could see. I would highly recommend Koba!

It is not easy for any person in a wheelchair to get around the city and get to know the locals. This guide helped me through. I really enjoyed the tour and learned lots. With good command of English, I really enjoyed the tour.

Koba was the perfect guide. Before we met he was always very quick to respond to any query we had. On the tour, he had lots of background knowledge about the history of Georgia and so many interesting facts and anecdotes about the places we visited in Mtskheta. He was happy to adapt the half day's itinerary to take in places slightly off the beaten track. Koba was also great company and shared some wonderful stories about his time in England.
