Hello and welcome to my page! If you are here, it means that you are searching for a nice day trip in Provence. I hope you will find something inspiring for you. Let me introduce myself first, I’m Tom and I have been living in the Aix-en-Provence and Marseille regions for the last 20 years. Since I discovered the south of France, I knew it was “my place”: the sun, the sea, beautiful beaches, picturesque countryside, surprising towns full of contrasts, authentic villages..and of course a very good Mediterranean cuisine, full of colours, good wine, endless aperitifs..a mix of cultures. A certain lightness and joy of living. I started my career in the luxury hospitality sector and after few years I changed from being Sales Director to the Tourism Manager of the local vineyard where I realized that the most important aspects I like in my job are sharing my knowledge about the region and simply having good moments with people. I decided to quit my full-time job and create my own company, of course in accordance with my interests and values. I love simplicity, nature, hiking and being in beautiful authentic sites where I can unwind and connect to myself and to the place I’m visiting. I will be offering the trips I’m used to propose to my family and friends as well! Showing you the authentic Provence but also letting you discover it by yourself. More than a guide, I rather consider myself as the “experiences’ creator”. My goal is to accompany you to live your day more like a local than a tourist. Aside from few unmissable excursions, I want to show you the real Provence, sometimes out of the beaten path: seeing local producers who work with passion and love for their land and their animals, plus the magnificent landscapes as close as possible from our meeting point, because the less time you spend in the car, the more you will feel the surrounding nature and the atmosphere of this inspiring region. People here say “Not too fast in the morning, slowly in the afternoon” and I think indeed that at least during holidays, it is important to slow down. I invite you to experience Provence with me! Have a look into my tours, I have prepared a few options for you! But if you don’t find the one you are looking for, just let me know! It will be a pleasure for me to customize a day for you according to your expectations. See you soon, Tom

Many trips to Cassis have an intense program and don’t allow you to have enough time to integrally visit the total of 9 calanques, which is a pity because it is only from the 5th calanque that the landscape becomes truly spectacular. It’s a real pearl of our region! In Cassis, I'll drive you through the biggest cliff in Europe – Le Cap Canaille, where you'll have a wine tasting! I worked in a vineyard for 2 years so it'd be a pleasure to share what I know about local wines and their production! The view of Cassis and the sea plus the freshness of local wines is something unforgettable! On this tour you'd also have the option to visit the amazing basilica Notre Dame de la Garde in Marseille. The view of the Mediterranean and the oldest city in Europe is really incredible. So if you want to go with the flow, spend a relaxing “farniente” day by the Mediterranean sea without rushing, this tour is for you! During this tour we'll adapt the itinerary to your preferences, and of course weather conditions.
-After picking you up, we can go directly to Cassis or pass through the Old Port in Marseille and visit the basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde, then take a nice road by the coast. This is up to you and depends on how much time you want to spend in Cassis and on the boat later! -Next, we'll go on the top of Cap Canaille cliff where a wine tasting with 3 local wines and provencal appetizers awaits. A perfect aperitif before your lunch! -Later, it will be time for lunch in the port of the picturesque village of Cassis. -What follows will be a lovely boat ride to visit the Calanques (which would be of an hour or a bit over two hours, depending on whether or not we visited Marseille). If you prefer to spend less time on the boat and go to the beach or explore nice and chic boutiques of Cassis, this is of course possible as well! The experience is fully customizable. -At last, we'll head back to your lodging for the end of our tour.
