I am a French teacher and an official licensed guide, mother of twins that have been guiding with passion in English and Spanish for more than 15 years in France. I graduated in foreign languages (Spanish and English) and was delighted to spend some time in Santa Barbara to teach French to American students. I then specialized in communication and media and worked in this field for many years. My passion for travelling and meeting new international people was so strong that I decided in my 30's to open a bed and breakfast in Paris and to go back to university to become a licensed tour guide in order to share with travelers from all over the world my passion for France and the "French art de vivre". As a professional guide, I always make sure my tours adapt to the style of the people I guide. I want you to live a unique experience by sharing with you my secret and favourite places in Provence. Provence has so much to offer: tasty food, wonderful monuments, incredible history, ancestral traditions and amazing creative people. . Elizabeth is the greatest tour guide!! She makes the tours SO fun. She personalized this one a bit for us as we had a toddler and wanted both food and history. She did it beautifully. We ADORED her fun food quiz - - - laughed so hard. She does an excellent job of orienting you to the food of the region and giving you insights into why food is so central to the French culture and unique in each region of France. Wonderful tour!

Elisabeth is brimming with energy, excitement and ideas. She has a wealth of knowledge, but also insights that can only be the product of deep reflection. My daughter and I felt like we were really able to get under the skin of Aix and Marseille. For me the high point of our tour was our impassioned discussion of philosophy and psychology over the most ingenious and delicious of espresso deserts. By the time our day was over, we had fallen in love with both Aix and Elisabeth.
