My name is Eva-Maria and I am passionate about Estonia and guiding. I have been working as a guide since I was in high school. I started as an assistant guide for cruise ship tourists and have been working as a tour guide for 20 years now. I love traveling and communicating with people from all different cultures. I am a friendly and cheerful person and treat my clients as if they were my friends. I like to give interesting insights of Estonian life, therefore instead of having a monologue-type observation of the city, you will enter into friendly discussion and learn about the country through local eyes. As for languages, I provide tours in English and Estonian. I can offer different tours in Tallinn: Old Town walking tours, city tours, round trips and also a Soviet Legacy tour where I show the remains of Soviet heritage in Tallinn. I have also tour options that are suitable for families with children with marzipan workshop or Viking Village visit to try archery and ax throwing. I can take you to and experience the nature and beautiful countryside of Estonia in Lahemaa National Park. Over the years I have developed some fantastic connections with my clients, such as the Canadian Embassy in Tallinn. We have a mutual appreciation of high professionalism and flexibility. I have hosted groups and individuals from ministers during official engagements to private guests in town for a visit. I will humbly add the thoughts of one of my clients: "Eva Maria was WONDERFUL!! I will definitely recommend her services and plan to do so again in the future!! If you are wondering who to book with. . . you found it - Eva Maria! Great personality, EXTREMELY WELL educated and will NOT steer you wrong! Well educated on the history, including humorous myths/thoughts. There wasn't a single question that "stumped" her (and we tried :-) ). I couldn't have asked for more!!! Thank you!" Viimsi Open Air Museum Palmse Manor
