Dear travelers! My name is Roman and I am glad to invite you to Tallinn. I've been a licensed guide since 2011 and still advance my knowledge. Tallinn Old Town, no doubt, is the best-preserved among other European northern countries and belongs to UNESCO heritage list. During the tour, we talk about its history and modern life, why it was attractive centuries ago and nowadays. Besides, I show where local people live and shop, or where they go for vacation. My mission as a guide is to make your impressions unforgettable and encourage you to come to Tallinn again. I am licensed in popular town museums, which will let us get acquainted with Tallinn's history in detail. My program is very diversified. Meeting in the port, we start acquaintance with Tallinn and its countryside. From the window of the car, we cover must see objects and then drive outskirts. While driving we talk of history, people, freedom, local traditions&crafts. Especially - timbering. Estonia is in Top 4 of the most forest countries in Europe and timber industry is highly developed. We visit: Kadriorg park&palace, reserved forest area Pirita, TV tower, ancient mounds, the widest waterfall in Estonia and the smallest castle in Europe "Kiiu" It is used as a cafe, where we try local liquor with home-made rhubarb pie. It is included in our tour. Coming back to Tallinn we drive through the soviet residential area and local canyon. Then we go back to Old Town for walking tour. Walking tour objects: Fat Margaret Stout, Viru gates, friaries, Town Hall and Pharmacy, guild dwellings, marzipan museum, Dome church, Toompea castle, viewing platforms, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Tour ends in Town Hall square. After free time we drive back to port.
Roman kept us on track with a very very full day excursion in Talinn. He was an engaging and very knowledgeable young man who gave us a broad over view of life in Talinn. We saw everything on our check list and then some. He had a lovely vehicle and was a very safe driver. Highly recommend this tour.

We covered a lot of ground and found Roman to be extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Ralf showed us the center city and provided social contexti all along. We learned a bit of Finnish history, the different groups of people of Finland, and even a bit of politics and the economy; The highlight of the tour was the library - an amazing place that tells the visitor so mych about Finland an Finnish values.
