My name is Eva-Maria and I am passionate about Estonia and guiding. I have been working as a guide since I was in high school. I started as an assistant guide for cruise ship tourists and have been working as a tour guide for 20 years now. I love traveling and communicating with people from all different cultures. I am a friendly and cheerful person and treat my clients as if they were my friends. I like to give interesting insights of Estonian life, therefore instead of having a monologue-type observation of the city, you will enter into friendly discussion and learn about the country through local eyes. As for languages, I provide tours in English and Estonian. I can offer different tours in Tallinn: Old Town walking tours, city tours, round trips and also a Soviet Legacy tour where I show the remains of Soviet heritage in Tallinn. I have also tour options that are suitable for families with children with marzipan workshop or Viking Village visit to try archery and ax throwing. I can take you to and experience the nature and beautiful countryside of Estonia in Lahemaa National Park. Over the years I have developed some fantastic connections with my clients, such as the Canadian Embassy in Tallinn. We have a mutual appreciation of high professionalism and flexibility. I have hosted groups and individuals from ministers during official engagements to private guests in town for a visit. I will humbly add the thoughts of one of my clients: "Eva Maria was WONDERFUL!! I will definitely recommend her services and plan to do so again in the future!! If you are wondering who to book with. . . you found it - Eva Maria! Great personality, EXTREMELY WELL educated and will NOT steer you wrong! Well educated on the history, including humorous myths/thoughts. There wasn't a single question that "stumped" her (and we tried :-) ). I couldn't have asked for more!!! Thank you!" Viimsi Open Air Museum Palmse Manor

The picturesque silhouette of Tallinn's medieval fortifying walls, guard towers, church spires and red roofs has certainly pleased your eye already on the sea. Now it is time to step down and wonder around in this charming city. The visit of Tallinn starts right from the pier. After a short walk to the Old Town you will be welcomed by the Great Coastal Gate and Fat Margaret's Cannon Tower. Have a splendid walk in Tallinn Old Town, enter into interesting discussions with your local guide, learn about history and everyday life of this small country. The old city with its romantic cobblestone streets, medieval and gothic style houses is the best preserved old town in northern Europe. Your guide shows you around, talks about interesting legends and facts, but not only. Although the city dates back centuries, the conversation goes on different subjects and this is your opportunity to discover the nowadays life of Estonians. Enjoy the wonderful views from viewing platforms and end the tour back in lower town
Our day and the time we start the tour is flexible and is meant to accommodate your schedule and interests. Meeting is outside the port secured area and official gate to the city.
Tell your guide which places matter to you, skip what doesn't, and tailor the experience for your group's needs. Not finding what you want? Message your guide to build something unique.
