On this 3-hour city tour you will see all main landmarks in Tallinn - pristinely preserved medieval town and Unesco site since 1997. First we will do the walking tour around Old Town when you will see surviving Gothic Town Hall, medieval prívate houses, knights area, Castle, Alexander Nevsky Orthodox Cathedral, merchants' guild and, of course, city walls towers. We will discuss plenty of medieval curiosities like who had to wear stone of the shame, who didn't pay fees to enter the city, how women cared for their beauty, the price of black pepper and why some young men were called Blackheads... After a short break we will continue our tour on a bus to explore Tallinn landmarks outside Old Town. We will uncover Kadriorg Palace and Park, the UNESCO Heritage-listed Song Festival Grounds, the ruins of the Pirita Convent, Memorial to the Victimes of Communism and much more... Welcome!
