Hangzhou, Heaven On the Earth Full-Day Tour

My name is Ignacio! I have visited 44 countries and Xiao Jun Zhou is being one of the tour guides I have ever met. A lot experience, very knowledgeable, very passionate with his job, and very patient. He did all arrangements for all tickets in every attraction we got on, we had a four full day tours. And took us to eat to a very good restaurants with very delicious food. I really recommend Xiao Jun Zhou. The best tour guide of Shanghai.

Our tour was fantastically organized and provided an amazing positive gorgeous experience to us as visitors to China. Our guide Xiao, who goes by the English name Mark, was punctual to the minute, greeting us at our cruise ship port exit gate. He picked us up with his private driver, taking us to the train station where we boarded the bullet train. What an experience this was! we were able to see the countryside in a very relaxed manner exiting at Hangzhou where a different driver met us. From there we drove to Westlake. Such a beautiful area just outside of Hangzhou is not to be missed. The name for this tour of Hangzhou Heaven is absolutely correct. It was a heavenly day , if you have the opportunity to join Xiao/ Mark on this tour. I absolutely urge you to go, it is a an opportunity not to be missed .

My group with young and old all enjoyed Xiaojun 's narrations and recommendations . The silk and tea shops were interesting and we learnt a lot from the clear explanations . The restaurants recommended by Xiaojun provided great food at very reasonable prices . He even made special efforts to order the dishes before the chef left as we arrived back in Shanghai a little late and restaurants closed early on the first day of Chinese new year

Mark was a great guide and we learned a lot during our trip to Hangzhou. It was certainly a highlight of our trip to China! We had some timing issues on our end (no fault of Mark's), but he worked hard to make sure we got to see and do as much as possible and provided interesting history at every location.

I highly recommend Mark (Xiao Jun). He is very knowledgeable and organized, very punctual and flexible. He always consulted with us on our careabouts throughout the tour and had all the required tickets and transport arrangements ready upfront to ensure efficient use of tour time. We only need to reimburse our personal cost at the end of the day, which is great since we did not have to deal with cash payment every time. He handled everything very professionally so we had a great time during his tour.
