Take you to the northeastern New Territories, admire the geological and ecological beauty, and experience the cultural charm of Hakka and fishing villages. We will visit Sha Tau Kok, which was originally part of the restricted border area of Hong Kong and was only partially opened in early 2024! As your guide, I have obtained the Sha Tau Kok Tour Guide Certificate issued by the Hong Kong Tourism Industry Council and will assist in arranging the special permit to enter the area. After visiting Sha Tau Kok, we will sail on a speedboat to Lai Chi Wo and Ap Chau to explore beautiful villages and islands in the northeastern New Territories!

Departing from the city center and heading directly to the restricted border area of Sha Tau Kok. Sha Tau Kok: Learn about the history of the Hong Kong-Mainland China border area. Taste Hakka cuisine. Lai Chi Wo: Visit the unique Hakka walled village in Hong Kong, and learn about Hakka culture and rural conservation efforts in Hong Kong. You can also sample various Hakka snacks such as tea cakes. Ap Chau: Visit the inhabited island with the smallest area in Hong Kong and witness the red sedimentary rocks and sea caves of Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark.
