Macau Full-Day Private Tour Starting at Hong Kong

We booked 3 tours with Frank. This time in Macau. Family of 4 plus 80 yo grandmother. Truly great door to door service. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged. We really enjoyed all the local lunch places he has taken us to, including Macau. When my wife told him that egg tarts are a favorite of mine, he actually got us fresh ones to enjoy. I also value the flexibility. When it was very hot and humid, we requested more in door activities, he took us to the Venetian...for about 1 hr to cool down and enjoy some air conditioning as well as shopping. Great tour, enjoyed all 3 tours. Thank you Frank!

We had no idea what to expect, but overall we really enjoyed the trip to Macau with Frank. He met us at our hotel and we took a taxi to the ferry terminal for the hour-long ride to Macau from Hong Kong. We were met there by a driver with a very comfortable minivan and went immediately to see the pandas. Our time in Macau was very busy with visits to several viewpoints and churches. We had a great lunch at one of the casinos and stopped to admire the lobby of the MGM Grand casino. Seeing all the fabulous buildings was a great treat. We took the ferry back in the mid-afternoon and Frank went with us via taxi back to our hotel.

Frank provided an awesome experience for our third day, guiding us through a seamless trip to Macau. His punctuality was impressive; he picked us up early at our hotel with a taxi already waiting. After a smooth hour-long TurboJet ride from Hong Kong, our private car was ready and waiting upon arrival. Frank’s expert timing allowed us to visit Macau’s four pandas without any crowds. We spent the day sightseeing at major casinos, a mountain top, beautiful temples, and the iconic Ruins of Saint Paul's. Frank is incredibly knowledgeable, sharing the history of every landmark in a way that made each stop truly interesting. After a delicious casino lunch and a full day of photography and exploration, we concluded our perfect day with the boat ride back to Hong Kong. Frank is a wonderful, professional guide who made our trip effortless and memorable.

Frank Law provided us with a door to door fully guided tour of Macau Island. He was on time to pick us up from our hotel. Frank is very well informed, giving us detailed history where required. He speaks very well in English and also Cantonese. He is very polite, respectful, obliging and looked after us very well. It is a no worry tour, just relax and enjoy the tour. He covered all costs and included a nice dim sim lunch. We will be happy to hire his services again. We had a great time and he is highly recommended. Frank was very prompt in responding to my requests online to book the tour and arrived exactly ontime to begin it. He walked quickly and stayed several paces infront. Perhaps this is an Asian custom, but that and no discussions going over on the turbojet were a bit off putting. We saw all the sites indicated in the itinerary but when I asked to look in a church or shop, he agreed, but I felt abit rushed. Prior to the trip I asked to stop at the Merchant’s House, I had to ask again on the day of the tour. He agreed but cautioned that I had to hurry. The lunch was good but very late. I would have preferred a local porkchop sandwich, but he had already arranged this North Chinese. It was delicious, but again, I would prefer something local to Macau. I did not like returning to the port via the casino bus. I did appreciate his knowledge and information that he shared about Macau.
