I'm a longtime East Village resident with generations of family history in Lower Manhattan. After a lifetime spent living amongst city legend and lore, I served as a public school teacher in Harlem, spent a year backpacking around the world, and became an officially licensed New York City tour guide. I lead tours in every part of the city, and am happy to work closely with you to customize your dream tour. Given my experience and how much New York has to offer, I'm positive I'll be able to craft a tour to meet your requests.

I've tried all the best (and some of the worst) pizza in the city—I know exactly which hidden gems to visit and which tourist traps to avoid. Join me and discover what the secret is to a great slice of New York pizza, learn essential New York history, and answer pizza trivia questions bound to challenge even the most dedicated pizza experts out there. By the end of the day, you'll be as well-versed on New York pizza as any local, and be able to answer New York's most important question for yourself.

NYC Pizza Tasting Experience

Pickup and dropoff at the TRYP Hotel, followed by a 2.5 hour food and history tour of NYC. Stops include opportunities for gluten free pizza as well as other notable NYC establishments. Guests will also receive a crash course on NYC history, from its population growth through immigration to the sights and sounds of Midtown. Tour may include subway trip (not included in tour cost). All food/drink NOT included in tour cost.
