I'm a five star private tour operator who grew up on the East, West, and far West coastlines of the U. S. With a passion for exploring the Hawaiian Islands, since my father moved to Lanai and the Big Island In 1988. For 18 years, Hawaii was my home away from California, leaving no stone unturned, while always discovering something new and incredible about this paradise. The Aloha spirit of the islands were instilled in me and knew it was a matter of time before committing to full time living on my favorite island of all, Maui! 14 years ago. The natural wonders and lifestyle here inspired me to become a private guide, having gained extensive experience in adventure tours, cultural sightseeing tours and hiking tours, with an education on Hawaiian history, flora, fauna and Volcanology. I've been in the ocean my entire life on all coasts, from ocean sports, diving, to being an avid swimmer for 14 years. A real passion of mine is to discover places I truly resonate with. I apply this wherever I go, having explored internationally since the mid 90's. Public Utilities Commission - motor carrier permit #4953C. Department of Land and Natural Resources permit for exploring that much more. All required Commercial insurances. First Aid/CPR/AED Certified from the American Heart Association. Adventure and off the beaten path! Although it was raining and the clouds prevented me and my family from seeing the beautiful views, Demian took us out of our element and made this tour fun and exciting. He was professional and made us feel safe when things became a little tricky with the weather.

Demian was a guide that was able to make the best of a bad situation. We arrived just after the heavy rains hit Maui. We were not able to have the trip planned to the national parks because of road closures and infrastructure damage. But we were able to enjoy a lovely day viewing the other aspects of Maui. Lynne

It's my first 4 star review and I'll take it considering the hurdles I had to overcome with Mother Nature. Yes, symbolic of life. Sometimes one has to alternate plans, or go in a completely different direction to find the silver lining. We did just that, and made the most of what is, while discovering other areas of Maui you wouldn't have otherwise. Mahalo for being open...
