Hawaii is a special place and Maui may be the best island. I focus on showing the authentic Hawaii. From the land, to the people to the sea. There's no restrictions on the tours I offer. If you were to book a tour in Maui WITHOUT a permitted guide and permitted vehicle (which I provide) it'd be illegal. Overview of your Maui tour
This tour is Maui's best kept secret. It is a full loop drive which means we'll never travel the same way twice. When I first moved to Maui, this was the area I started tours in. Every time I drive it, I'm reminded of the old days as a young guide. Most of this drive is all natural landscape, with no developed lands. Spectacular views and exciting trails abound. With 20 years of experience as a guide, trust me to show you the way! If you are looking to be adventurous, there are various hikes that could be done along the way. These hikes aren't too long but they are uphill and downhill. They lead to amazing spots like the Nakalele Blowhole, a naturally formed tube under rock and a reef that funnels seawater at rapid speeds up into the air! But for our guests who want to take it easy, you can still enjoy easy walks to the cliff edge to take in the views.

We really enjoyed this tour with Nick, especially because we could customize it exactly the way we wanted it. We are a group of 4, aged 58-75, and our goal was the see beautiful scenery with some roadside stops and easy hikes. Nick made that happen. Unfortunately the Ioa Valley was flooded, so we were not able to see that, but we hit everything else on the list!

Your Maui tour itinerary
-We'll start our tour picking you up at your preferred spot/lodging in the morning and head out the back way to Lahaina. -With the ocean on our right, we'll wind our way through the cliffs of Hale Mahina, the ancient volcano of Maui. -We'll enjoy scenic lookouts and make a stop at an art gallery to refresh & catch a view of Kahakuloa Village. -We'll also enjoy a glimpse of the old Hawaii farm life as we drive through the village and up to the epic view of Kahakuloa Head, a massive volcanic rock that legend says King Kahekili practiced diving from. -After this, we'll head out and the adventure cranks up: It'll be your choice to hike or just take in the view from the cliff. -We'll then reach the Olivine Pools, a swimming tide pool. -After that, we'll head in down the road to a blowhole, where you'll watch as water explodes in the air out of a naturally made tunnel under seaside volcanic rock. -We'll end the tour with an easy drive back to civilization through Lahaina. This itinerary is customizable.
