I’m Kaleb, a Puerto Rican host and experiential learning professional who believes the best way to understand a place is to learn from direct experience. My approach is Learning in Motion—turning places, people, culture, and conversation into opportunities for discovery and insight. My professional background bridges federal affairs, legislative policy, economic development, disaster recovery, governance, and cross-cultural learning. I previously served as Deputy Advisor to the Governor of Puerto Rico on Federal Affairs and Legislative Advisor, giving me firsthand insight into the institutions, policies, and relationships that have shaped Puerto Rico. Today, I bring that perspective into my experiences through conversation, observation, interaction, and meaningful exploration—not simply as a traditional lecture. Whether exploring Old San Juan, discussing Puerto Rico’s political and socioeconomic landscape, discovering local traditions, or connecting with the island beyond the typical tourist path, my goal is to spark curiosity, challenge assumptions, and create meaningful connections.
