We had a wonderful tour with Ivan from Kotor. He took drove us along the coast with to Budva where we had a great tour of that atmospheric coastal town. Instead of trying to slog his way back along the regular coastal road that was under construction, like the true native he is, he took us high in the hills all back in neighborhoods.
