Guide #22980
Greetings from Malta. I have been a guide for over 25 years and will make sure to use all my experience and knowledge of Malta & Gozo to provide you and your family a wonderful and informative time. I was born and raised in the town of Sliema, Malta and have always been happily active in the hospitality industry, organizing and guiding various tours and activities, including destination weddings for foreign couples. Although the serene and raw beauty of scenic Malta still fascinated me most at first glance, I myself am an avid archaeologist and a descendant of James Somerville, who was a lead excavator of the Ggantija Temples on Gozo. The architecture prowess of us Maltese, empowered by our local limestone, has prevailed up to present times and is one of the most outstanding features in the course of all our tours. I am also well acquainted with strategic wartime Malta and possess an extensive knowledge of Malta's political, geological and economical background. Your day on tour will be customized to your benefit. I look forward to meeting you in my beautiful country of Malta. Thank you, Alfred. - National Tourist Guide certificate. - Chauffeur License. Alfred is personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is also very accommodating to personal requests. Everything was on time and well scheduled. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with him.

The vehicle was the worst we've ever been on for a tour in general, but the non-functioning Air Conditioning made this a sufferfest. In Alfred's defence, he did offer to cancel the...
Great tour for an overview of Malta Our guide Alfred was excellent as well as a native born Maltese citizen. Super knowledgeable about Malta’s history. Unlike other places in the world that are old, the Maltese built buildings back in the 15 hundreds and they are still in modern use!
Alfred was extraordinarily knowledgeable and gave us a terrific tour.
