Carlo was wonderful and so kind! His tour was informative and enjoyable. He was also beyond helpful, with tips on how to purchase tickets online, helping to ensure an easy meet up for the tour, and showing us to the train station on our way out. Carlo was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. Also, a great communicator. He brought Pompeii alive for us. Today we toured the Pompeii ruins with Carlo. We have used Tours by Locals several times and Carlo was the best. He communicated very promptly each time we had a question in advance and was extremely helpful with all our questions. He met us with a smile and conducted an expert tour. We were picked up at the cruise ship and delivered to Pompeii where we were met. Informative and interesting historical description of the city. Took most of the morning and then we were dropped off back in Naples city center in time for lunch and more adventures, unguided. Tour was English speaking and easy to understand. Only down side. We purchased the tickets we...

Hi britta really apologize for the mistake with the tickets .Unfortunately pompei tickets are time slot specific.And since your tickets were for the afternoon slot we weren't able to use in the morning.Thank you for your understanding,hope you still had a great time exploring pompei despite the hiccup
