Mark was an incredible tour guide. He listened to what we wanted and made it all look so easy to carry out. He met us at the airport and gave us just the amount of time to get adjusted. He was very communicative and understanding of how much my father-in-law could handle on a tour. He arranged tickets to the towers, cruise rides, and DiDi without any or minimal waiting...

Mark was amazing and the tour was great. He was punctual, arrived early and met us at the cruise terminal. He had listened nd prepared to take us to all the places we wanted to go prior to going back to the airport. This was our best tie in Asia. He also provides extended day tours around all of China. If you get to Shanghai you want to book this tour guide.

We loved our tour with Mark. I'd never been to China and neither of us spoke any Chinese.
