Carlos was an excellent guide. He met us at our hotel and on the walk to the palace he explained the history of Seville and the neighborhood we were staying in. Once inside, he went beyond just pointing out the various points of interest but placed them in the context of Seville and the rest of the world. His tour went far beyond our expectations and provided a real understanding of the places and their role in history.

We had a very memorable and informative walking tour with Carlos thru the heart of Seville this morning. Carlos speaks excellent English and has a thorough knowledge of Seville and Spanish history. He is easy-going and engaging, as well as enthusiastic about Seville and its various scenic spots, all that you could wish for in a tour guide.
Carlos was an excellent guide. His knowledge of history is first-rate. He has a great way of relating historical events to events of our times, which makes the history that much more memorable. His knowledge of language and culture is especially relevant and important for a visit to Sevilla. He is courteous, articulate, and funny too. He was organized with the timing and he helped us figure out details prior to our arrival, for example when purchasing tickets for the Alcazar. I highly recommend!
