A detailed visit to the locations selected by HBO for its acclaimed series Game of Thrones in Seville. It Includes a Private visit to the Alcazar of Seville (kingdom of Dorne) and Italica (dragon pit), so breathtaking that they barely needed any CGI. Sometimes the real world doesn't live up to the fictional world that TV and movie sets create. That's not the case though for the set of Dorne, one of the fictional settings on "Game of Thrones. " Producers had to add very little turn it into Dorne. And the a private car ride to Italica, the First Roman city in Hispania, a city that gave birth to two Roman Emperors: Hadrian and Trajan. Well HBO used the ruins left to recreate the Dragonpit. Visit it and feel the History behind it's walls, where actual gladiators fought and gave their lives to entertain. And also a glimpse of how wealthy romans lived back in those days. So let me take you through a journey that mixes Real and Fictional worlds together.
We were collected at our hotel and driven very comfortably to Italica. Carlos bought us a booster seat to save us paying the extortionate fee to our hire car company for the next day. He was very good with our 8yo granddaughter, including her in everything. Then we had a walking tour of the palace in Seville which was excellent.
We had a great time with Carlos. He is funny, clever, extremely well traveled and loves to share his knowledge. He was engaging with our two teen boys, and very patient with me as I was nursing an ankle injury and moving slow. We highly recommend this tour. And Carlos in particular!

Carlos was an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about history and was able to answer all of our questions. He gave us a wonderful Game of Thrones tour, and we highly recommend him!
Carlos was fantastic!!! He was extremely knowledgeable about the sites but was also funny and engaging. We did the Game of Thrones Tour but said we also wanted the real history of the sites and he was very knowledgeable and his love of history shined throughout the tour. Carlos' mastery of English was top notch and he was very very easy to understand and talk with. He was great at arranging the meeting place - he picked us up right at our Airb & b exactly at the time he said. The van was comfortable.
