Hi there! I am Samuel, and was born and raised in Seville, but also spent long periods of my childhood at my mother’s hometown, a wonderful place called Sanlucar de Barrameda (once the seaport of Seville). I started learning English at the age of eleven, but not only did I like it, but I also think it made me feel interested in other cultures. The next step was that I started to hang out with foreign students, and the fact that they were culturally different made me see my own city through their eyes. Eventually, I thought I would be in contact with other cultures if I worked at something related to tourism, which led me to study it. However, this wasn't enough to satisfy my interest in other cultures, so I packed my bags and went to live and work abroad. I have lived and worked in two other countries, Ireland and Finland. These experiences of living abroad have not only opened my mind broadly, but they were also very enriching from a cultural point of view and have shaped the person I am nowadays. I was happy living abroad, living through multiple experiences until I started to notice how I was missing my hometown; its light, beauty, smell (orange blossom), gastronomy, culture, and traditions. I felt it was now time for me to go back. Looking back, it seems like all my life I have been looking for a treasure somewhere else, and suddenly I have the realization that this treasure was… at HOME! So, my only mission is to make you fall in love with this marvelous city head over heels by seeing and contemplating it through my eyes, my anecdotes, legends, etc. Visitors usually tell me it is noticeable that I love what I do, that I am a great storyteller, an easy going person, and eventually that, above all, they had a great time. I love nature, music, sports, and spending good quality time with the people I love the most. I completed my studies in Tourism, and I have a guide's license. I have worked within the Tourism sector for over 15 years Let's discover the true magic of gorgeous Seville, join me in any of the tours to make it a lifetime experience. Can’t wait to see you!!

Let’s dive in one of the most charming historic areas of Seville, the Santa Cruz area once a former Jewish Quarter. It is a network of narrow streets and alleys full of beautiful corners, courtyards, tiles, history and legends. In between, we'll see plenty of hidden gems…no wonder why several places around the area have been filmsets for different productions. Let me guide you and make you feel how life would have been during medieval times for jews in Seville, and how all the different cultures that were part of our vast and rich history have made Seville, into one of the richest cities in the world from the cultural point of view. Are you willing to join me? I can't wait for you to do so.
