I've been a guide since 1996, when I started working as a tour director in different European countries. In the year 2000 I got my license as a local guide at Cantabria, region in Northern Spain. With my license I can guide at Santander, Santillana Del Mar, Comillas and all the charming villages in the area. I speak fluent English and Italian, also French and Portuguese. In the last years I've became more and more interested in Art, specially Prehistory, as Cantabria is one of the most important places in the world to enjoy Paleolithic Art, including 10 caves which are World Heritage Sites. Other interests are gastronomy and nature, I invite you to know the best places and enjoy the real taste of Northern Spain! I can adapt the tours to your special interests or desires, just let me know. My aim is my guests to live an unique experience; I'll be happy to meet you and show you my home. License as a Local Guide at Cantabria. License allowing me guiding Santander's cathedral. I'am allowed to guide at Altamira Museum, Santillana Del Mar church and Gaudi's Capricho building. The law at Spain doesn't allow me to drive passengers, that must be done by a professional driver with an special license. I can arrange tours with a hired car and driver.

Altamira cave was the first place in the World where Prehistoric paintings were discovered, and it is known as the Sistine Chapel of the Paleolithic art. Altamira cave is closed to visitors since the year 2,000 but the replica is a perfect facsimile allowing the visitors to dive into the fascinating Paleolithic art. We will make a two hours visit of the cave's replica and adjacent museum.
