Park of the Military history and 3 national museums with hidden green countryside of Slovenia: Full day tour from Koper

The Park of Military History is not just the largest museum complex in the Republic of Slovenia, but also the only military museum in Europe where you can find everything from the oldest existing bows to the extraordinary collection of armored vehicles and military aircraft, a German military locomotive from the Second World War and, to top it all, a submarine which can be also seen from the inside. Well if you are not interested just in the military history, part of the complex is open depots of Museum of Contemporary History, National Museum and Museum of technical heritage represents living in Slovenia from furniture, computers, phones, sewing machines, bikes and much more. So there is for everybody something interesting inside from adults to children, for women and man. After a visit to the Park, we will drive to a hidden part of Slovenia, beautiful hills area with picturesque villages known for the production of fruit and great fruit products. We will stop by the local family for a degustation.

After departure from Ljubljana or Koper or Trieste or Rijeka, we will drive for around one hour to the Complex of the museums. Visit inside the museums, about 3 hours, tickets for the visit are included in the price. After the visit, drive for around 30 min to villages and stop for the degustation of the seasonal local product (for example, fruit juice and apple strudel). Drive back around one hour.
