I live in Koper and still enjoy the town and its surroundings and Slovenia as a whole. Meeting new people with different backgrounds is always a great comfort for me. Mainly in Europe but also in south east Asia and north Africa due to my previous job as travel manager. During my trips I discovered many hidden gems of the places I have visited. My idea is also to share tips and stories so you will have unforgettable memories and moments. I speak Slovenian, English, Italian and French and basic German. Overview of your Koper tour
I am inviting you to join me in discovering this breathtaking underground realm of the world-famous Postojna Cave! Enter the mysterious, more than 20 km long Karst cave system, with its great underground galleries and halls. Magnificent cavernous halls with impressive sculptures as well as their colors will take your breath away. A part of the visit is on an electric train and a part of it is a guided walking tour and during your visit to the cave, you will not only enjoy the beauty of this underground world but also in the temperature in the cave which is around 10°C/50ºF all year long so walking shoes and jackets are recommended. We will also enjoy in beautiful photo stop and spend some free time at Predjama Castle. Perched high up in the cliff, this castle dates to the 16th century, but evidence indicates that this steep and imposing cliff has been fortified since at least the 13th century. Discover a wonder of nature and a man-made feat of medieval engineering!
