Ahoj! Hello and welcome to Bratislava! I'm Daniela and I can't wait to guide you around my hometown. Bratislava is truly a welcoming city! I'm a professional, licensed tour guide experienced in day city tours and I offer you Bratislava city sightseeing tours from the perspective of a local. As a native of Bratislava, I can offer you a good mix of interesting and funny facts about my country and city. The biggest advantage of Bratislava is its accessibility. The vast majority of key attractions in its compact center are within walking distance of each other. I'm also delighted to share my passion for delicious local food, beer and wine on one my tasting tours. Slovak cuisine is dominated by meat (especially pork), potatoes, dumplings and sauces. On Traditional Food Tour, you will get to taste Slovak's best and most unique dishes like Treska v majonéze, Kapustnica, Bryndzové halušky and of course Kofola (local coke)! Bratislava takes its beer just as seriously as its more famous neighbor Prague, and a new wave of independent microbreweries and pubs is putting the city on the beer drinkers map. Craft Beer Tour offers a beer experience where you can learn about local brewing while tasting 10 different Slovak Craft Beers. But also, some Slovak crisp, fresh rosés and white wines have regularly been highly appreciated in international wine competitions. And Wine Tasting Tour is a great way to experience and find out more about Slovak wines, in the relaxing atmosphere of a cozy wine bar. I know your time in Bratislava is precious and that you want to get the best of the city while you're here. That's why I want to deliver exceptional tour experiences that not only give you a local insight into the history, heritage and culture of Bratislava but also take you to really get under Bratislava's skin, revealing local culture & life here today as well as the remarkable stories, sites & sights. I'll happily give you the best insider knowledge about what's happening in the city, what to see & do in Bratislava after your tour, local hints & tips for getting the most out of your time here. All my tours can be altered and tailored to meet your specific requests thus ensuring your time here in Bratislava is fun, enriching and maximized to its full potential. Please feel free to drop me a line through the message button and let's get planning your visit to Bratislava. Certified Tour Guide | PhD. in Soil Microbiology | First Aid Certificate None

Explore the magic of the medieval streets of Bratislava's Old Town, Bratislava Castle, the Slavin War Memorial and the blue Art Nouveau church of St. Elizabeth. I'll happily give you the perspective of the city that played a major role in Slovakian history all over the centuries. Panoramic drive is also included to get an opportunity to see the Presidential Palace, the Slovak Radio Building (an upside-down pyramid) and, most importantly, to get stunning views of the city from Castle Hill. I want to deliver the best insider knowledge about Bratislava's rich history to fully understand the city, it's past and even the beginning of Slovakia as a country. Let me show you the beauty of Bratislava and I'll make sure that you'll leave with the will to return!
Daniela and driver Daniel were outstanding. She was very personal, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. She answered all of our questions questions. We came away with a lot of knowledge of the history of Slovakia and what it is like to live there now. Jeff & Darlene
Daniella is an outstanding tour guide. She provides great history and context during her tour. The sites we visited were a perfect blend for anyone wanting to learn more about the city of Bratislava. Daniella is a very pleasant person to spend time with and we recommend her highly!
One never knows what experience to expect with a full day personal tour of a foreign place. Please let me tell you that you should have no concerns when booking with Daniela. I could never have anticipated the extent of research, preparation and attention to detail that she provided. We met with my relatives that we never had contact with before. Because of Daniela's preparations, this US man felt like he was coming home. I will never forget the experience.
Great overview of Bratislava. Daniela helped us make the most of our day trip from Vienna.
Very nice and informative tour from an excellent guide Daniela and her wonderful driver, Daniel. Sadly, we only had a short time to explore Bratislava and Daniela was a perfect choice. We were met at the train station and the tour we received was excellent! We saw and learned about all of beautiful Bratislava's highlights and history. I would highly suggest using Daniela as your guide.
Our day in Bratislava with Daniela was wonderful. She met us at the train station (we arrived from Vienna) and showed us all of the important sites of the Slovakia capital city. Along the way, Daniela provided us with useful and interesting commentary on Slovakian life, culture, history, religion and politics. The tour was a mix of driving (thanks Daniel) and walking, with trips to Bratislava Castle and the Soviet memorial for fantastic views of the city. Thank you Daniela for a wonderful day.
