The one-way route takes approximately 3-4 hours through diverse landscapes. Essential Gear: + сomfortable trekking shoes Your most important companion for support. + сovered legs: зants/leggings for protection. + windbreaker: mountain weather changes quickly. + sunglasses & sunscreen: protect from intense sun. + min. 1.5 liters water/person: stay hydrated. 1. Early morning pickup & scenic drive Your adventure starts with an early pickup from any Bergen location (hotel, apartment, station). Enjoy a scenic 3-hour drive through Vestland's stunning landscapes. 2. Hardangerfjord Ferry Crossing Experience a highlight: a 20-minute ferry ride across the majestic Hardangerfjord (near Norheimsund to Jondal). Stretch your legs, grab coffee, and soak in panoramic fjord views! 3. The hike begins from the highest parking area, Mågelitopp. The total trek is approximately 20 km (round trip), a full day in Norway's wilderness. 4. Conquering Trolltunga This challenging hike (3-4 hours one-way) demands endurance. Our experienced guide will be your coach and expert, ensuring safety (with a basic first-aid kit) and helping you capture stunning photos. 5. Return to Bergen We aim to leave Mågelitopp by 6:30 PM (18:30). Expect to return to Bergen around 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM, depending on trekking pace. You'll be tired, but proud of conquering this iconic summit!
