Romain is a knowledgeable guide and brings an interesting perspective, as he is a native of France, but with good knowledge of the area. It was less of a driving tour than expected from the description, but he did do everything listed on the agenda.
A great tour with a wonderful, experienced guide! Romain provided an excellent overview of Bergen and the perfect introduction to a very special city. At our request Romain showed us Edvard Grieg’s Summer Villa, outside of town and other beautiful sights along the way. We especially enjoyed our stroll through the “old town” and learning some of the history that made Bergen such an important trading center in previous centuries. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Romain and highly recommend his services.
Romain was great .Right on time and a very comfortable car. He knows the history of Bergen and Norway well and took us to some secret places other yours can’t go! I won’t spoil it for you but it was really cool to get an insiders look. He was also very flexible. We enjoyed our time with him.

Romain did an excellent job of showing us the highlights of Bergen. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the area. We loved all of the places we went and he tailored the tour based on our needs and the weather. What a fantastic 1/2 day.
Our tour will set out from your hotel and make its way to the historical city centre of Bergen, where we will visit Bryggen, the most popular quarter. I will inform you about the history of the famous Hanseatic League and you will discover together the narrow and fascinating alleys of this area. Afterwards, we will go on a panoramic tour of the city by car, discovering the Peninsula of Nordnes and learning all about its history. From there, we will take the renowned funicular to ascend the mount Fløyen. We will enjoy the panoramic view as the mountain summit is at a height of 320 meters. This tour is about you and your experience, I operate on no other schedule than yours. Your comfort and pace are my highest priorities.
