My majestic fjord experience

Romain is great. Does everything to ensure every detail is planned and makes sure you have a great experience at every step of the way.

We had an incredible day exploring Norway with Romain. Between the Flåm Railway, the bike ride through the valley, the zipline, and the Stegastein overlook, it was a dream! Romain was an outstanding guide- kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. We ran into closed tunnels and a few schedule delays along the way, but he handled everything like a pro with a calm, positive attitude that kept the day completely stress-free. He shared so much about Norway and the areas we traveled through, and he was wonderful with our kids. The scenery was simply breathtaking!! The waterfalls were absolutely roaring after several days of heavy rain around Bergen, making an already spectacular landscape even more dramatic. We stopped at a beautiful hotel overlooking the valley before heading into Flåm, and Romain made sure we knew exactly where to sit on the train, where to go for each activity, and was there waiting for us as soon as we finished. More than anything, Romain was just a genuinely great person to spend the day with. His organization, local knowledge, and easygoing personality made an amazing experience even better. We would recommend this tour, and especially Romain, to anyone looking for an unforgettable day in Norway!

We had a super majestic full day tour with Romain and loved every second of it. This tour will be tough to beat...one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We got to do it all...hike to a waterfall, shop at the famous Dale of Norway, travel the Flamsbana Railway through beautiful landscapes, experience the Fjords on a cruise, enjoyed amazing views from the Hotel Stalheim., and much more! We enjoyed our time with Romain and can't wait to come back!

Our experience with Romain was fantastic!! He had everything in perfect order to enjoyed every moment of our journey in Bergen… He was so kind that he heard us talking about that we love smoked salmon and he gave us a package with a fillet as a gift at the end of the tour. We is very knowledgable of the area and Norway in general

It's hard not to have a remarkable experience when you are viewing the majestic fjords in Norway. But the most remarkable part of our day was the care and guidance from Romain, our guide. Early into our tour, he received notification that our ticketed cruise was cancelled due to mechanical issues on the boat. Romain sprung into action, offering us options and ideas on how to reconfigure the day. In the end, we experienced an even better day that exceeded our original expectations. Romain is a gem of a guide and a human being.
