Marrakech was the crossroad for Caravans on their way to Europe. The old city is big and twisty, but i will show you the major sites, you will learn about history, culture and architecture. I live in Marrakech and i know the entire city very well. So i can show you the hidden sides and help you know your way in the confusing medina. Also I will guide you to the sites which you cannot find on your own. You will have a well-rounded view about Marrakech and Morocco in general, while giving attention to the details about the real way of living of the locals.

I meet you near Koutoubia mosque, exactly near the white tomb in front of the Minaret of the mosque. You will start your tour with a guided sightseeing of historical sites Begin with a stop at the foot of the 12th century Koutoubia Minaret This is one of the masterpieces of Islamic architecture.(the visit is from outside) and you will have a look at its garden. Then walk through Mellah, the 16th century quarter where the Jews used to live. Continue until the Aristocratic Bahia palace ;one of the best palaces to visit in Marrakech. Then walk through the main Square and inside souks/markets - a stop for a drink or lunch if you like. Then walk deep in markets learn about herbs ,local spices. The main industry in Marrakech is handicraft so you will discover artisan section and workshops of handicraft.
