Marrakech half day walking Tour

We party of 5 spent almost 8 hours with Mr.Ismail. He maximized our time in Marrakech by efficiently guiding us thru the historically important sites of the Medina for the first half of the day. During the second half, he expertly walked us thru the labyrinths of Marrakech’s souks. He organized our day according to our interests. We learned so much from Mr. Ismail about Berber culture, the origins of the Medina, ancient history, etc. Communication was never an issue as Mr.Ismail speaks fluent English in addition to French, Arabic and Berber. I must also note that Mr.Ismail took us to well regarded eateries and seems to be a foodie! During the souk walk, his knowledge of local norms and intervention prevented us from overpaying for the various items we bought. From start to finish, Mr.Ismail was lovely and I highly recommend his services.

Ismael was very knowledgeable of the history in the city. The sights that he showed us were all over the old city and we all had a great time. I would certainly use him again the next time that I'm in Marrakesh.

This was a wonderful tour. We really enjoyed the day and saw far more than we ever could have by ourselves. He really brought the history alive and we learnt a lot about Marrakech and Morocco from someone who is so passionate about the country. It was great to spend time with him. Fantastic day in Marrakesh. Ismail was the Perfect guide. We saw so many things with time to shop as well. There were 4 of us with different interests and Ismail did a masterful job of making everyone super happy.
